Rates 2007

The rooms are offered as a single unit consisting of sitting-room, bathroom and two bedrooms. Prices are per night including breakfast.

• 1 person occupying 1 bedroom = £49 or €70
• 2 people occupying 1 bedroom = £56 or €80
• 2 people occupying 2 bedrooms = £66 or €95
• 3 people occupying 2 bedrooms = £73 or €105
• 4 people occupying 2 bedrooms = £80 or €115

Children under 2 years are welcome free of charge. A cot is provided - please bring your own cot bed linen.

 

Rooms are serviced 4 times a week. We respectfully ask that guests refrain from smoking within the house.

 

Reservations and Payments

To make a reservation, please contact us at the UK or Italian contact details listed on the Contact Us page.  If making an advance reservation from the UK, please pay by cheque at time of booking in Pounds Sterling - payable to R P Bayne.  If making a last minute booking (within 7 days of arrival) please pay at time of stay in cash Euros.

 

Very occasionally, breakfast may be served at the nearby Agriturismo (50m from cottage). If this is likely to be the case during your stay with us, we will let you know
